AI Implementation for Medical Practices · Gadsden, AL

Your practice runs on time.
We help you get it back.

Most AI consultants have never set foot inside a clinic. Prospir was built by a licensed medical professional who has — and who knows exactly where the workflow breaks down and what it takes to fix it.

The real problem

Your staff didn't train for years
to spend their day on paperwork.

The average medical practice loses hours every day to tasks AI handles in seconds. The problem isn't that the tools don't exist — it's that nobody has set them up for your specific workflow.

01

Documentation eats clinical time

Charting, intake summaries, referral letters, prior auth requests — every one is time a provider spends at a screen instead of with a patient. AI can handle all of it in seconds from structured input.

02

Generic advice doesn't translate

"Just use ChatGPT" doesn't account for HIPAA, your EHR, your scheduling system, or the reality of a front desk running four tasks at once. You need someone who understands the clinical environment specifically.

03

No one to implement or maintain it

Even when a practice finds the right tool, nobody has time to set it up, train the staff, and keep it running. That's exactly what Prospir exists to do — so you don't have to figure it out alone.

What we do

From overwhelmed
to automated.

Three clear engagements. Start with the audit — it pays for itself in clarity alone. Go as deep as makes sense for your practice. No lock-in. No enterprise contracts.

Step 01

AI Readiness Audit

We spend time inside your actual workflow — intake, scheduling, documentation, follow-up — and map exactly where AI saves the most time. You walk away with a written action plan you can use immediately, with or without us.

$500
One-time · Written deliverable included

Step 02

AI Implementation

We build and deploy the automation workflows, integrate them with your existing systems, train your team, and document everything. AI wired into how your practice actually works — not a subscription collecting dust.

$1,500–$3,000
Project-based · Scoped after audit

Step 03

Ongoing AI Support

AI tools evolve fast. We keep your setup current, troubleshoot what breaks, retrain staff when workflows change, and add capabilities as they become available. An AI specialist on retainer — without the enterprise price tag.

  • Insurance info captured and logged without staff involvement
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders sent via SMS automatically

Clinical Documentation

During and after the visit

  • AI-assisted note drafting from provider input or structured templates
  • Referral letters and care summaries generated in seconds
  • Prior authorization request drafts pulled from visit details
  • Patient instructions written at the correct reading level automatically

Scheduling & Follow-Up

Between visits

  • Automated follow-up reminders at timed intervals via SMS or email
  • Recall campaigns for overdue preventive care
  • No-show outreach and rebooking workflows
  • Post-visit check-ins sent automatically — no manual outreach needed

Front Desk & Communications

All day, every day

  • AI phone and SMS triage for common patient questions
  • After-hours answering with intelligent routing and callbacks
  • Lab result notification workflows with templated, compliant language
  • Provider-to-provider communication drafting from notes

Why it works

Expertise you can't
Google your way to.

There's no shortage of AI consultants. There's a serious shortage of ones who've ever worked a 12-hour shift in a clinical environment. That gap is where Prospir lives.

01

We know what good workflow looks like

Prospir was built by someone who has operated inside high-acuity clinical environments under real pressure — not observed them from the outside. We know where time goes, where documentation breaks down, and what a solution has to survive to actually get used by a tired staff at the end of a long shift.

02

We implement — we don't just advise

A lot of consultants hand you a report and walk away. We hand you working automation. By the time we're done, your team is using it, it's integrated with your existing systems, and you're not left staring at a document trying to figure out what to do next.

03

We stay in your corner

AI is not a one-time setup. Tools change, workflows evolve, staff turns over. Our ongoing support tier means you always have someone who knows your system keeping it current — so you're not starting from scratch every time something breaks or something better comes along.

04

We don't overcomplicate it

No six-figure enterprise contracts. No IT department required. No black-box software nobody on your team understands. What we build is designed to be used by real people in a real clinic — not demoed in a boardroom and never touched again.

Built from inside
the clinical environment.

Prospir was founded by a licensed medical professional with 12+ years of frontline experience. The frustration that built this company was simple: watching skilled clinical staff lose hours every day to administrative tasks that technology could handle — and nobody was doing anything about it for practices that couldn't afford an enterprise solution.

"I've watched nurses and office staff spend hours on documentation that AI could handle in minutes. That time belongs back at the bedside — or back at home."

Common questions

Honest answers
before you commit.

Is this HIPAA compliant? +
HIPAA compliance is evaluated before any tools are selected. We only recommend platforms with Business Associate Agreement (BAA) support and configure them to handle PHI appropriately. If a tool doesn't meet compliance requirements, we don't use it — full stop.
Will this work with our current EHR? +
Most of what we implement works alongside your EHR rather than replacing any part of it. The audit maps your specific system — if you're on Cerner, Epic, or another platform, we design around what you already have rather than asking you to change it.
Do our staff need to be technical? +
Not at all. If your front desk can use email and a smartphone, they can use what we build. Staff training is included in every implementation. Our goal is for the AI to feel invisible — it just makes their job easier without adding new complexity.
How long does implementation take? +
Most implementations take 2–4 weeks from audit to go-live. Simpler workflows can be live in days. More complex setups are scoped in the audit phase so there are no surprises on timeline or cost.
What if something breaks after you leave? +
That's what the Ongoing Support tier is for. For $99–$299/month we keep everything running, fix what breaks, update what changes, and add capabilities as they become available. You're never left on your own.
What does the free assessment cover? +
